The Role

Our Drain Specialists provide options for our excavation services within each customer's home. Their priority is the customer, providing options and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home.

What You'll Do

• Be a trusted resource for Peterman customers in need.
• Use price book to quote repair and or replacement options and work with the production team to close the sale.
• Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the excavation team.
• Get potential customers excited about Peterman and encourage them to spread the word.
• Work with the accounting department to get customers approved for any financing needed.
• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company events.
• Must be willing to travel to additional markets outside of Indianapolis.

What You'll Need

• 4+ years of experience in Sales
• 1+ years of experience in plumbing
• Experience in Water/Sewer Sales is a Plus!
• Willingness to Travel
• Late Afternoon, Evening, and Weekend Availability
• Exceptional follow-through abilities, presentation, and public speaking skills
• A Clean, Safe Driving Record, Background Check, and Drug Screen
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Latest Sales Applications
• High School Diploma or GED
